More medical marijuana applications filed in Missco

John Newcomb, a businessman from Osceola, has joined two other ventures from Mississippi County that have already applied for licenses from the State of Arkansas to operate either a medical marijuana dispensary or a cultivation facility. Newcomb has incorporated under the names 420 Grow, LLC and Missco Cannabis Dispensary. Both businesses, according to the Arkansas Secretary of State Office’s website, record 100 East Hale Avenue in Osceola as their business address...
