Chuck Wilder, when he was in the hospital, I prayed for him. And guess what? He got better and he was let out of the hospital. He said to me, "Thank you, kid."...

I have had the horrible, sinking feeling all week that I was not getting anything done. The fact is, I have been accomplishing quite a lot, just not at home. Hubby Steve and I have been running up and down the road, either together or separately, pretty much all week.

Local Scouts selling popcorn

Pack 95 recently held a popcorn kickoff barbecue to celebrate the start of "popcorn season." The boys will be out selling popcorn for the pack in the coming weeks. Proceeds support Scout activities.

Mali, our Pet of the Week, is a real doll. She is about 7 months old, good with children, housebroken, sits and shakes. She has been around peacocks, geese and enjoys swimming. Bellemy, our small Dachshund mix, was adopted by an animal loving family. Several years ago they adopted two of our puppies and showed pictures of then and now. We are so happy for this sweet pup...

Blytheville board ponders options for school sale money
