Oma Dolly (Sands) McFall - Rockford, Ill.

Oma Dolly (Sands) McFall, 74, of Rockford, Ill., died Sunday, April 1, 2001, at Swedish American Hospital in Rockford. She was a homemaker, of the Church of Christ belief, and had lived in Rockford for 12 years. She was formerly of Caraway.

She is survived by a son, Roland Sands of Rockford; two daughters, Brenda Giles of Paragould and Diann Murphy of St. Louis; a sister, Violet Haynes of Rockford; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Sands.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Monette with Scott Miller officiating. Burial was in the Monette Cemetery with Gregg Funeral Home of Monette in charge.

Pallbearers were Kenny Murphy, Tim Hamilton, Shawn Rogers, Merle Wilkins, Ricky Wilkins and Robbie Wilkins.
