Paul Leon Stull, 84, of Manila, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro. Born at Leora, Mo., he was the son of the late Elvis and Laura Kinder Stull and had been a Manila resident for most of his life. He was a retired farmer, a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Chipman Stull, a daughter, Charlotte Stull, and a granddaughter, Wendy Stull.

Survivors include six sons; Donald Stull and Ronald Stull, both of Manila, Terry Stull of Laurel, Miss., John Stull of Leachville, Benny Stull of Monette and Graig Stull of Jonesboro; six daughters, Sheila Wilkerson of Leachville, Shelda Stone of Manila, Candy DePriest of Monette, Regina Ballard of Leachville, his primary caretaker for the past 17 years Karen Stull of Manila, and Ladonia Stull of Manila; five brothers, two sisters, 30 grandchildren, and 35 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service were 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Graig Stull officiating. Burial was in Manila Cemetery.
