Edith Mae Tyler, 97, of Caraway, formerly of Hoxie and Pocahontas, died Saturday, May 6, 2007, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. A homemaker, she was a Baptist and the widow of W.H. Tyler.
She was preceded in death by her husband; three sisters; five brothers; a daughter, Jeanette; and four sons, P.J., Randell, Elmer and Wilburn.
She is survived by daughters, Gladys Morris of Caraway and Betty Koutz of Michigan; sons, Liburn Tyler of Caraway and Jerry Tyler of Pocahontas; 16 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 22 great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today (Tuesday) in House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge with Ron Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
