Don Shinn - Leachville

Don Shinn, 70, of Leachville died June 13, 2006, in the VA Hospital at Memphis. Born Dec. 21, 1935, he was a retired truck driver, a veteran of the Navy and Korean War, and a Baptist.

Survivors include a daughter, Donna Shinn of Burns, Ore.; a son, Eddie Shinn, of Meridian, Miss.; and two grandchildren.

The funeral was held at noon Saturday in Wilson Fuenral Home of Osceola with Gary Andrews officiating. Burial was in Erman Lane Cemetery at Osceola.
