Dora Christine Jones, 90, of Ocean Springs, Miss., died Wednesday, Sept. 28, 2005, at her home in Ocean Springs. Born at Newark, she was the daughter of the late John and Effie Hunter Lane and was a former Leachville resident. She had spent most of her life in Texas where she worked in the El Paso Public School System as a bus driver and cafeteria worker. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by a son, Roger Jones of Ocean Springs, Miss.; a granddaughter, Misty Jones of Texas; a niece, Pam Lamacchia of Ocean Springs, Miss.; two great-nieces, Amelia and Alana Clements, both of Ocean Springs, Miss.

A graveside service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Kellers Chapel Cemetery in Jonesboro with Rev. Jerry Clements officiating. Burial was under the direction of Howard Funeral service of Leachville.
