Terry Ray "Red" Puckett, 60, of Leachville died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Leachville, he was the son of the late Edward and Faye Lents Puckett and a lifelong Leachville resident. He was a retired truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Stockinger Puckett.

He is survived by two sons, Yancey "Guy" Puckett of Jonesboro and Jerry Ray Puckett of West Plains, Mo.; three daughters, Zenia Adams, Terrie McCormick and Sherrie Shepard, all of Leachville; four brothers, Thomas Puckett, Charles Puckett and Bert Puckett, all of Leachville, and Cloyce Puckett of St. Louis; five sisters, Jo Ann Carden, Connie Shepard and Wava Martin, all of Leachville, Quinnie Moore of St. Louis and Mary Ellen Steen of Kennett; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville, Rev. Russell Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Leachville Cemetery.
