Robert Howard - Gosnell
Robert Howard, 79, of Gosnell died Wednesday, June 2, 2004, at his home.
Born in Caraway, he was a lifelong area resident and of the Pentecostal faith. He was born June 8, 1924, the son of Robert Lee and Rendi Elizabeth Douglas Mullins. He was a retired serviceman for Mississippi County Electric.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Louise Overton Howard of the home; two children, Ronnie Howard of Gosnell and Shirley McAnally of Steele, Mo.; a brother, Charles Ed Mullins of Elgin, Ill.; three sisters, Betty Fulks of Gosnell, Wilma Lawrence of Bakersfield, Calif., and Mary Pavalick of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two granddaughters, Tracy Howard of Manila and Sandy Hogan of Steele; and one great-grandchild, Victoria Overton of Blytheville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Albert Mulllins.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel in Blytheville with Rev. Tim Fulks officiating. Burial was in Dogwood Cemetery.
