Brad Gamble, 39, of Caraway died Friday, June 27, 2003, at St. Bernard Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was a Baptist and a self-employed carpenter.
He is survived by his mother Alma Lee Fires Smith of Caraway and his father, Roger Gamble of East Prairie, Mo.; a step-sister, Necie Hall of East Prairie, Mo.; a brother, Brian Lee Gamble of Benton, two step-brothers, Jeremy Smith of Lake City and Keith Carden of East Prairie, Mo.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel with Terry Tacker officiating. Burial was in the Caraway Cemetery under the direction of Murphy Funeral Home Service.
Active pallbearers were Jay Hawkins, Tod Williams, Ted Qualles, Steve Hall, Robert Harrell and Jim Ed Robins. Honorary pallbearer was Jack Fires.
