Jerry Lee Bynum, 56, of Cardwell, formerly of the Rector area, died Monday, May 7, 2001, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born at Hoxie, he was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife, Diana Rose Childress Bynum of the home; a son, Tony Bynum of Atlanta, Texas; a daughter, Penny Longo of Bloomburg, Texas; a brother, Robert Bynum of Marmaduke; two sisters, Marie Rose and Linda Hill, both of Rector; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three sisters.
A graveside service was held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Havey's Chapel Cemetery in Marmaduke with Irby Funeral service of Rector in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Cliff Carter, Michael Carter, David Hart, Gary Carter, Dusty Wright and Tim Hill.
