Sarah Lee "Shug" Johnson

Mrs. Sarah Lee "Shug" Johnson, 78, of Blytheville, the widow of Mr. Denver Johnson died Thursday, Feb. 25, 2010, at Walnut Ridge Nursing & Rehab Center. Born at Leachville, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Lola Limebarger Polsgrove and had lived most of her life in Blytheville. She was of the Baptist faith and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by three sons, Mike Johnson of Paragould, Phil Johnson of Hampton, Iowa, and Tim Johnson and his wife Nancy of Fairview, Texas; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Howard Funeral Chapel in Manila with Rev. Mark Wheeler officiating. Burial was in Elmwood Cemetery at Blytheville.

The family will received visitors Sunday from noon until time of service.
