Orlando Lee Burcham, 92, of Marked Tree died Tuesday, July 1, 2008, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was of the Baptist faith. He was one of the oldest living members of the local carpenter's union.

He was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Burcham.

Survivors include his wife, Doris Yancy Burcham of Marked Tree; a son, Randall Burcham of Caraway; two daughters, Joan Eubanks of Hot Springs and Jane Carruth of Tupelo; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Murphy Funeral Home. Burial was in Tyronza Cemetery. Pastor Gary Eubanks officiated with special music by Scott Burcham.

Active pallbearers were Gary Eubanks, Greg Eubanks, Scott Burcham, John Carruth, Bill Colley and Andy Redwood. Honorary pallbearer was Artie Smith.
