Thomas Henry "T.H." Bolt, 65, of Manila, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007, at St. Bernards Medical Center. Born in Joiner, he was the son of the late Henry Bolt, and had been a Manila area resident the past 40 years. He was a retired carpenter and the former owner operator of Bolts Bait shop near Manila and was of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, James Galloway.

He is survived by his wife, Glenda Stone Bolt, of the home; two sons, John Bolt of Paragould and Thomas Bolt, Jr. of Leachville; five daughters, Sherry Brothers and Teresa Stone, both of Manila, Deborah Pearson of Covington, Tenn., Elizabeth Perkins of Osceola, and Beckey Hitchcock of Arbyrd; his mother, Thelma Owens Beeler, of Strawberry; two brothers, Robert Bolt of Ft. Wayne, Ind., and Wayne Bolt of Strawberry; two sisters, Bobbie Gathwright of Monette and Sue Cook of Strawberry; 21 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Howard Funeral Chapel in Manila with Rev. Ferrel Duffell officiating. Burial was in the Manila Cemetery.
