Claudia A. Perdue, 50, died Monday, May 7, 2007, in Jonesboro. She was born in Lepanto. She was a housewife and a member of the Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her father, Claudie E. Thomas.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Lee Perdue; mother, Lois Busby Thomas; a son, Jesse Perdue of Jonesboro; daughters, Nicole Wright of Jonesboro and Sarah Thomas of Clio, Mich.; sisters, Brenda Jewell of Clio and Jackie Gardner of Caraway; and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Travis Jewell, Gary Henry, Jason Arender, Heath Rose, Rick Huff and Stacey Thomas. Honorary pallbearer was Donald Hood.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Roller-Farmers Union Chapel with Glenn Strawn officiating. Burial was in Potter's Cemetery.
