Iva Louise Ridge, 87, of Lake City died Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Lake City on Jan. 30, 1920, she was a lifetime resident of Lake City. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lake City United Methodist Church and the Quilter's Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, C.W. Ridge, Jr.; her parents, George and Cora Berg; a daughter, Patricia Ann Reece; a son, Curtis Wayne Ridge; a sister, Gladys Adams, and a brother, Jack Berg.

Survivors include her son-in-law, Harold Reece of Lake City; a granddaughter, Kristie Reece of Memphis; two grandsons, Ashley Reece and Lance Reece of Lake City; and a nephew, Kenneth Adams of Little Rock.

The funeral was held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Gregg Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Higgins officiating. Burial was in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
