Brian Ray Sipes, 38, of Monette died Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006, in St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was born Nov. 29, 1968, at Michigan City, Ind., to Clarence Leon and Jo Ann Baldridge Sipes.

He is survived by a brother, Brett Sipes; a sister, Ramona Sipes; and his financee, Misty Bateson, all of Monette, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ricky Leon Sipes; paternal grandfather, Elbert Sipes; paternal grandmother, Lecie Perciful; maternal grandfather, Lewis Baldridge; and maternal grandmother, Elsie Baldridge.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Gregg Funeral Home Chapel at Monette. Interment was in Macey Cemetery at Monette.

Active pallbearers were Jim White, Kevin Seymore, Bradley Wallace, Larry Jones, Chris Rush and Derick Hampton. Honorary pallbearers were Casey Sipes, Nathan McDonald, Scott McDonald, Danny White and Shane Parker.
