Lula Mae Jackson - Trumann

Lula Mae Jackson, 63, of Trumann, died June 20, 2006, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. She was born Sept. 13, 1942, in Osceola. She was a factory worker and member of the Pentecostal faith. She was the daughter of the late Isaac Johnson and the late Sadie Shoemake.

She is survived by three daughters, Emmer Driskill of Lake City, Sylvia Jones of Jonesboro and Tammy Campbell of Trumann; two sons, Lee Rogers of Osceola and Henry Crookston of Minn.; a sister, Loretta Bogard of Trumann; three brothers, Tommy Johnson of Osceola, Jim Johnson of Manila, and Johnny Johnson of Osceola; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Juanita Hatten, Joannie Mays, and Golden McCallie, and two brothers, James Johnson and Bob Johnson.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Gaylon Gammill officiating. Burial was at Manila Cemetery under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola.
