David Householder - Lake City

David Dewayne Householder, 38, of Lake City died Wednesday, May 24, 2006, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. He was born May 16, 1968, at Trumann to Kenneth and Kathy Bland Householder. He worked as a union carpenter and was a member of the Carpenter's Local No. 345. He was Past Worshipful Master of the Lake City Masonic Lodge No. 405 and a member of the Poinsett County Speedway.

He is survived by his wife, Heather Householder; a son, Mason Householder; his mother and father, Kenneth and Kathy Householder; his sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Michael Howard; his grandparents, J.C. and Helen Bland of Lunsford, and Doyle and Doris Householder of Paragould.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Langford-Bookout Funeral Chapel with Danny Taylor and Jimmy Young officiating. Burial was in the Nettleton Cemetery at Jonesboro.

Active pallbearers were Steve Partain, Gary Stout, Arnold Miller, Ed Lillard, Matthew Richey and Mike Sullivan.

Honorary pallbearers were Randy Lairson, Larry Tilley, Tim Pyburn, Ryan Miller, Roy Oden, Davy Lisk, Bryan Peaster, Donald Pratt, Lee Overturf, Murel Pierson, Nick, Moreno, James Lisk and the officers and brethren of the Lake City Masonic Lodge No. 405.
