Carolyn Sue Cobbs - Cardwell

Carolyn Sue Cobbs, 67, of Cardwell, Mo., died May 10, 2006, at Monette Manor. She was born June 17, 1938, in Cardwell, Mo., the daughter of the late M.K. and Julie Jones Bishop. She was retired from Brown Shoe Company and of General Baptist belief.

She is survived by her husband, Clyde Cobbs of the home; a daughter, Julie Jackson, and son, Mark Cobbs, of Paragould; brothers, Julius Barlow of Barnhart, Mo., David Barlow of Imperial, Mo., Pat Barlow of Moore, Okla.; sisters, Shirley Trumble of Robertsville, Mo., Joyce Bays of O'Fallon, Mo., Linda Jones of Kirkwood, Mo., and Judy Barlow of Virbumun, Mo.; grandchildren, Mandy Jackson and Josh and Jarrod Thomas.

The funeral was held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Heath Colonial Chapel with Rev. Floyd Bailey officiating under the direction of Heath Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Curtis Towell, Charles Cobbs, Darrin McFall, Kenny Finley, Kenneth Taylor, Tim Malone.

Honorary pallbearers were Josh Thomas and Jarrod Thomas.
