Taylor passes Layne to become BIC's all-time leading scorer

There is an old saying, "Records are meant to be broken." But when Chip Layne poured in 3,316 career points from 1990-1993 during his career at Buffalo Island Central, it was one record that seemed to be as safe as Pistol Pete Maravich's NCAA career scoring mark which has stood for over 40 years.
