Rhodell Bunch - Manila

Rhodell Bunch, 74, of Manila, died Monday, Jan. 16, 2006, at the Manila Nursing Center. Born in Cave City, she was the daughter of the late Charley Monroe and Rossie Belle Rodgers Meacham and was a longtime Manila area resident and a member of the First Methodist Church in Manila.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Marcus Meacham, Bud Meacham, Robert Meacham, Billy Rodgers Meacham and Thomas Meacham; two sisters, Maudine Vermillion and Charlesteen Crabtree.

Survivors include two sons, Toby Bunch and Tony Bunch, both of Manila; three sisters, Lawana Miles of Las Vegas, Nev., Laura Hutton of Kennett, Mo., and Patsy Fyles of Batesville; two sisters-in-law, Pauline Meacham and Drusilla Price, both of Manila; and numerous nieces and nephews as well as many friends.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Howard Funeral Chapel with Rev. William Piercy officiating. Burial was in the Manila Cemetery.

Active pallbearers were Kevin Garrett, David Smith, Matthew Breckenridge, Rand Hutton, Mark Hutton, Vaughn Hutton, Jackie Hill and Paul Porter.

Honorary pallbearers were Malcolm and Jennifer Culpepper, Bob Misner and Gary Dulaney.
