Mildred Turnbow - Blytheville

Mildred "Bill" Turnbow, 79, of Blytheville, formerly of Leachville, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, at St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. Born at Leachville, she was the daughter of the late William Robert and Ruth Aaron and had been a longtime Leachville resident where she and her husband owned and operated Turnbow Grocery for many years before making their home in Blytheville.

Survivors include her husband, Eugene Taylor Turnbow, of Blytheville; a brother, Berneal Aaron, of Louisiana; two sisters, Wanda Couch, of Ora City, Texas, and Winnie Faye Wilson, of Paragould; many nieces and nephews as well as her loving pet "Harry."

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, Willard Aaron, Floyd Ray Aaron, Milton Aaron; three sisters, Vernell Ray, Cleva Wilson and Wilma Law.

A graveside service was held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Leachville Cemetery with Gerald Buie Ray officiating. Burial was under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville.

Honorary pallbearers were Terrel Deckerman, Tom Lorenzo, David Pratter, Don Wilson, Steve Rauls, Stan Rauls, Doug Rauls, Barrett Kemp, Steve Payton, Aaron Keller, and Michael Couch.
