Linda Faye Barnett Brannum, 48, of Cardwell died Saturday, July 30, 2005, at her residence. Born at Kennett, she was a graduate of Southland High School and a graduate of the College of Nursing and Health Professions at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. She was a registered nurse for the WIC program with the Dunklin County Health Department and a member of Calvary Full Gospel Church of Cardwell.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Brannum of Cardwell; two daughters, Elisha Tabetha Wagner and Vickie Gail Luke, both of Cardwell; her mother, Agnes Alean MacCross of Cardwell; two brothers, Ray Barnett of Cardwell and Robert Barnett of Phillipsburg, Mo.; three sisters, Pat Carter of Edmonton, Ky., Sharon Callahan of Paragould and Janice Brannum of Cardwell; and three grandchildren, Gavin Austin Wagner, Cyrus Isaian Luke and Magdalene Abigail Luke.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Homer Barnett.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Calvary Full Gospel Church of Cardwell with the Rev. Leland Dement officiating. Burial will be in Cardwell Cemetery under the direction of Heath Funeral Home of Paragould.
