Bobby G. England - Bassett

Bobby G. England, 64, of Bassett died Monday, Oct. 25, 2004, at his home. Born at Booneville, Miss., he was of the Church of God belief and worked for Siegel-Robert of Arkansas for 19 years. He was a 10-year volunteer with the Wilson Fire Department.

Survivors include his wife, Jean DeSpain England of the home; two sons, Bobby England of Osceola and Donny England of Bassett; his mother, Ruby Hodge England of Osceola; four sisters, Ann Bumpus of Byhalia, Miss., Rosie Holt of Bay, Ruby O'Barr of Lake City and Marilyn Sanders of Burdette; seven brothers, Leslie England of Somerville, Tenn., Earl England of Osceola, James England of Wilson, Bryan England of Joiner, Brad England of Bassett, Billy Joe England of Monticello and Kerry Don England of Gurdon; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Woodrow England.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola with Raymond Britt and Gary Andrews officiating. Burial was in Bassett Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Leslie England, Earl England, James England, Bryan England, Brad England, Billy Joe England and Kerry Don England.
