Maxine McFall Randles - Manila

Maxine McFall Randles, 68, of Manila died Thursday at her home. Born at Russell she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Joyce Lefford McFall and had been a Manila area resident most of her life. She was a homemaker and the widow of James Clarence Randles since 1977.

She is survived by two sons, Alvin Lee Wilson of Okeechobee, Fla., and Thomas Dwayne Wilson of Manila; six daughters, Mary Helen Winstead of Manila, Nancy Ann McCalister of Canal Pointe, Fla., Bonnie Lou Cruthchfield of Akiens, S.C., Connie Faye Byrd of Lizella, Ga., Joyce Marie Patterson of Manila and Peggy Ann "Punkin" Weber of Manila; four brothers, William Vaughn of Douglas, Ga., Warren Griffin of Bald Knob, Johnny Davidson of Forrest City, and Michael Davidson of Pine Bluff; two sisters, Evelyn Baker and Ida Reeves, both of Winfield, Texas; and 29 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Cloyce; two sisters, Janette Karney and Charlotte Cunningham, and a grandson, Thomas Wayne Wilson.

The funeral was held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Howard Funeral Chapel in Manila with Brother Freddie Adams officiating. burial was in the Manila Cemetery.
