Juanita Williams - Bassett
Juanita Williams, 55, of Bassett died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003, at St. Bernard's Medical Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Keiser.
Survivors include her husband, Leon Williams Sr. of Bassett; three sons, Greg Roe of Cabot, Leon "Boomer" Williams Jr. of Osceola and Austin Williams of Bassett; two daughters, Melissa Andrew of Gosnell and Stacey Richmond of Manila; her mother, Louellen Adams of Osceola; three sisters, Nita Henry of Osceola, Joyce Powell of Engalls, Ind., and Alline Thompson of Newport; a brother, Doyle Carpenter of Dyess; and eight grandchildren, Jonathan Andrew, Haley Andrew, Brittani Williams, Savannah Williams, Kaylynn Williams, Kyler Williams, James Richmond and Justin Williams.
She was preceded in death by her father, Allie Carpenter; a sister; and a brother.
The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Roller-Swift Funeral Home Chapel at Osceola. Burial was in Bassett Cemetery under the direction of Roller-Swift Funeral Home.
Leon "Bommer" Williams, Jr., Austin Williams, Gary Andrew, Clifton Richmond, Ricky Rogers and Ralph Gonzales will serve as pallbearers.
