Evelyon Lizzie Lou Kelley, 71, of Manila died Thursday, June 26, 2003, at Regional Medical Center of Northeast Arkansas.

She was born in carbon Hill, Ala., but was a lifelong resident of Mississippi County. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal belief.

Survivors include her husband, Linel Ozell Kelley of Manila; two daughters, Sharon Reed of Manila and Marie Rustin of Blytheville; eight sons, Franklin Kelley of Bassett, Jimmy Kelley and L. Ozell Kelley Jr., both of Luxora, Joe Kelley of Paducah, Ky., Richard Kelley of Bryant, Robert Kelley of Blytheville, Jackie Kelley of Osceola and the Rev. Glenn Kelley of Little River, Texas; five brothers, Jack Herron and Billy Herron, both of Blytheville, James Herron of Manila, Bob Herron of Luxora and Roger Herron of Paragould; 22 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, three brothers, one sister and one grandson.

The funeral was at 3 p.m. Sunday at Wilson funeral Home of Blytheville with the Rev. James England and Rev. J.E. Crawford officiating. Burial was at the Dogwood Cemetery.
