Woodrow Lee - Lepanto

Woodrow Lee, 83, of Lepanto, died Monday, Oct. 7, 2002, at Crittenden Memorial Hospital in West Memphis. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was of the Baptist belief.

Survivors include his wife, Pat Smith Lee of Lepanto; three sons, Kenny Lee of Manila, Alvin Lee of Dyess and Durwood Lee of West Memphis; two daughters, Patsy Tucker of Lepanto and Cathy Smith of Harrisburg; three sisters, Dail McCalister of Purvis, Miss., Virginia Sisler of Grand Junction, Colo., and Marquerite Lambert of Upland, Calif.; a brother, Arval Lee of Texarkana; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a wife, his parents, a son, a brother, a sister and a grandson.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Lepanto with Jim Duffel and Mike Gonzales officiating. Burial was at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens at Osceola.

Pallbearers were Jimmy Tucker, Joe Tucker, Jr., Mark Fincher, Brent Sanders, Jeff Vaughn and David Vaughn Jr.
