Dorothy Fay Reeves - Trumann

Dorothy Fay Reeves, 58, of Trumann, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002, at her home. Born at Clarksdale, Miss., she was the daughter of the late Ben and Nancy Ross and had lived most of her life in Trumann.

She is survived by her husband, Lonnie L. Reeves of Trumann; three sons, Jessie Lee Stewart and Jeff Reeves, both of Trumann, and Lee McQuay of Jonesboro; two daughters, Wanda Church Galloway of Leachville and Joyce Bishop Burton of Trumann; a brother, Charles Tom Ross of Marmaduke; two sisters, Edna Mooneyham of Trumann and Betty Massey of Mayflower; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Willie Bud Ross.

The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Lighthouse Gospel Church in Trumann with Rev. John Goodman officiating. Burial was in Pisgah Cemetery at Jonesboro under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville.

Pallbearers were Ronnie Raby, Mark Bishop, James Baty, Michael McKinney, Phillip Carman and Jason Reeves.
