David Baxley - Perryville

David Baxley, 66, of Perryville, died Monday, Oct. 15, 2001, in Little Rock. He was born in Leachville.

Survivors include his wife, Ouida Baxley of the home; two daughters, Ruth Ann Blankenship of Tennessee and Sherry Mann of Perryville; a sister, Jessie Layton of Leachville; and six grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Oct. 17 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Al Majors officiating. Interment was at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena.

Pallbearers were Kenny Calhoon, Michael Jarrett, Ricky Tinsley, James Guest, Charles Taylor and Roland Williamson.
