Terry Wayne Harvey

Terry Wayne Harvey, 54, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012 at his residence. He was born July 17, 1958, in Jonesboro. Terry was of the Baptist faith and retired from Nucor. He was an avid sports fan especially the St. Louis Cardinals and the Razorbacks.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Eidson of Monette; his children, Jimmie Harvey and Kimberly Harvey of Jonesboro; a brother and his wife, Steve and Amanda Harvey of Monette; a sister and her husband, Virginia and David Blocker of Sherwood; five nieces and nephews, Jason Dewitt, Sara Waters, Lisa Wilson, Brianna Harvey and Steven Harvey Jr.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Vaughn Harvey; and his dad, Rusty Eidson.

A celebration of his life was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Gregg Funeral Home with Rev. James Moore officiating. Burial followed at Monette Memorial Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers were David Blocker, Jason Dewitt, Michael McFarlin, Tim Despain, Rocky Qualls and Ricky Smithee.
