Leachville

Frank M. Sweet, Jr., 80, of Leachville, formerly of Memphis, Tenn., died Dec. 28, 2007, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. He retired from Beltone Hearing Aid Center after 25 years. He was a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the Leachville United Methodist Church in Leachville.

Mr. Sweet is survived by his wife of 45 years, Carolyn Joyce Nicholas Sweet; a daughter, Belinda Sweet Enochs and her husband Tom of Germantown; a son and his wife, Frank "Raven" Sweet III and his wife Candyce of Memphis; two grandchildren, Andrea and her husband Kris May of Hernando, Miss., and Alex Enochs of Franklin, Tenn.; two great-granddaughters, Shelby and Robyn May.

Visitation was from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with services at 10 a.m. Burial was in the Manila Cemetery at 2 p.m.
