Charlotte Symonia Covert, 60, of Vilonia, formerly of Manila, died Saturday, July 21, 2007, at her home. Born at Leachville, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Nellie Regina Sammons Northington. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Northington.

Survivors include her husband, Isaac Edgar Covert, of the home; a son, Richard Allen Covert, of Jacksonville, Fla.; two daughters, Tracey Lynne Dunna of Atlanta, Ga., and Elizabeth Ann Yahn of Vilonia; a brother, Dickey Northington, of Pine Bluff; a sister, Nancy Davison of Blytheville; and four grandchildren, Catherine Yahn, Kyle Yahn, Priya Dunna, Arun Dunna, and Nikhil Dunna.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Howard Funeral Chapel in Manila with Rev. Mark Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday.
