Riley Sordis Decker, 74, of Cabot, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at his home. He was born April 7, 1933, in Leachville, to the late Cordis and Fannie Decker.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jerry Decker, and two sisters, Mary Reeves and Ruby Harrell.

He is survived by two daughters, Linda Zigler of Cabot and Janice Bise of Jacksonville; five sons, Larry and Terral Decker of Edmonton, Ky., Ronnie Decker of Austin, Curtis and Jarrett Decker of Heber Springs; two stepsons, Mitchell Holloman of Heber Springs and Tony Staggs of Ward; three brothers, Gene and Jimmy Decker of South Haven, Mich., and Robin Decker of Manila; three sisters, Lovie Woldring of Hamilton, Mich., Sue Lester of Manila and Brenda Bratton of Atkins; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 30, at Moore's Funeral Home chapel in Jacksonville with Rev. Walter Decker officiating. Entombment was in Chapel Hill Mausoleum.
