Lisa Denean Adams Cobb, 45, died Friday March 9, 2007 at the NEA Medical Center in Jonesboro as the result of an automobile accident. She was born Sept. 26, 1961 in Jonesboro. She was a member of the Walnut Grove Baptist Church near Lake City and was employed by the Veteran's Hospital in Memphis as a registered nurse.

She was preceded in death by her father, Maurese Adams.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Cobb; a son, Drake Cobb, her mother, Eileen Adams; a brother, Steve Adams; paternal grandmother, Luetta Adams; a sister-in-law, Linda Craig, and her mother-in-law, Irene Cobb, all of Lake City.

A graveside service was held at 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Monette Cemetery with Rev. Leon Harvey officiating. Burial was under the direction of the Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.
