Bobby Davis - Paragould

Bobby Cullion Davis, 63, of Paragould died Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was born July 5, 1942, in Liberty, Mo., the son of the late John Cullion and Rosa Mae Jackson Davis. He was a Navy veteran and a self-employed cabinet maker. He was of the Baptist belief.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Daisy Davis.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Mears Davis of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Regina and Jacky Greer of Harrison and Stacey and Chris McSpadden of Fayetteville; brothers, Bud Davis of Brookland, Jim Davis of Hemet, Calif., and Marlon Davis of Leachville; sisters, Ess Norman of Lapeer, Mich., Rita Wheeler, Carlon Davis and Duxie Statler of Leachville, and Len Burdge of Mounds, Okla.; five grandchildren, Caleb Greer of Harrison, Jennifer Greer of Berryville, Jason Greer of Mountain Home, and Fletcher and Palmer McSpadden of Fayetteville; one great-grandson, Alex Cook of Berryville.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Heath Colonial Chapel with George Spence officiating. Burial was at Greene County Memorial Gardens.

The family requests anyone wishing to leave a lasting memorial consider the New Haven Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
