Cardwell

Mary Myrtle Cox, 83, of Cardwell, the widow of Cleve Cox, died Saturday, June 25, 2005, at Arkansas Methodist Medical center in Paragould. Born at Cardwell, she was the daughter of the late Christopher and Flossie Lunsford Barnett and had been a lifelong Cardwell resident.

She is survived by three sons, Billy Joe Cox of Cardwell, Alvin Ray Cox of Paragould, and Charles Wayne Cox of Leachville; a daughter, Flossie McDonald of Monette; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Cardwell Cemetery with Rev. Brent Pierce officiating.
