Nadine Langley - Leachville

Gladys Nadine Langley, 92, of Leachville, widow of Jess Langley, died Sunday, March 6, 2005, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born at Kennett, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lizzie McCormack Garrett and had been a Leachville resident wince 1926. She was retired from the Leachville school lunchroom staff and was a member of the Leachville First Baptist Church.

She is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, Myra Sealy of Bakersfield, Calif., Peggy and Murray Scott of Taft, Calif., and Lucille Hanebrink of Leachville; 13 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-great-grandchild.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Leachville First Baptist Church with Rev. Rudy Davis officiating. Burial was in the Leachville Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville.
