Pauline Reynolds McKay - Jonesboro

Pauline Reynolds McKay, 87, of Jonesboro, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2005, at Woodbriar Nursing Home in Harrisburg. She was born Oct. 26, 1917, at Colt. Mrs. McKay had lived in Northeast Arkansas her entire life. She was employed by Couch's Barbecue for 20 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Marlyin Henry of Nesbit, Miss.; three sisters, Maude Ferreira of Modesto, Calif., Jean Fleetwood of Little Rock, and Claira McLeon of Memphis, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Kenneth Williams of Memphis, Tenn., Allen Williams of Las Vegas, Nev., Terry Henry of Olive Branch, Miss., and Michelle Davis of Jonesboro; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John Everett Dowdy; her second husband, Raymond Reynolds; and a third husband, William J. McKay; two sons, Wayne Dowdy and Thomas Reynolds; a daughter, Toby Meacham; and a granddaughter, Kimberly Williams.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Monette Cemetery with Jerry Reed officiating. Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro was in charge of arrangements.
