Minnie Croom - Jonesboro

Minnie Croom, 76, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2005, at St. Bernards Medical Center. Born at Black Oak, she lived in J9oensboro for the past 52 years, moving to Jonesboro from Leachville. She was of the Baptist belief.

Survivors include a daughter, Linda Baker of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Keith Eugene Baker, Cindy Craig and Michael Edward Baker, all of Jonesboro; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Croom; her parents, Jim and Rosie Boswell; a sister; and a brother.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Emerson Funeral Home's Memorial Chapel. Paul Craig and Bob Heath will officiate. Burial will be in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.

Family members and Herb LaBouve will serve as pallbearers.
