Mary Helen Holiman - Lepanto

Mary Helen Person Holiman, 77, of Lepanto died Thursday, Sept. 16, at the Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.

Born in Memphis, she was a member of First Baptist Church, the Lepanto Art Chapter and the National Audubon Society.

Survivors include two sons, Jake Holiman and Mark Holiman, both of Lepanto; a daughter, Charlotte Patterson of Lepanto; a sister, Doris Person Hamilton of Dallas; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Eddie Person.

Funeral services were 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19, at Murphy Funeral Home chapel, with Jim Duffel officiating. Burial followed in Potter Memorial Cemetery.

Active pallbearers include J.P. Holiman III, Sarah Holiman, Justin Patterson, Jordan Patterson, Lindsay Holiman and Marissa Holiman.

Valerie Qualls and Kirsten Holiman served as honorary pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
