Barry Lynn Kisner - Black Oak

Barry Lynn Kisner, 38, of Black Oak, died Friday, April 16, 2004, at Keo, Arkansas.

He was a truck driver, of the Church of Christ belief, and had lived in Black Oak all of his life.

He is survived by his mother, Louise Hicks, of Monette; his maternal grandmother, Madge Armstrong of Monette; a brother, James Kisner of Viroqua, Wis., a step-sister and a step-brother.

He was preceded in death by his father, Noel Hicks, and paternal grandparents, Noah and Virgie Kisner, and maternal grandfather, Oral Armstrong.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today (Tuesday) at the Gregg Funeral Home Chapel in Monette. Tim Bassing and James Kisner will officiate. Burial will be in the Monette Cemetery with Monette gregg Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Active pallbearers will be Scott McLaughlin, Ted Qualls, Kirk Qualls, Randy Kisner, John Kisner and Mike Brickell.

The family requests anyone wishing to leave a lasting memorial consider St. Jude's Children Research Hospital in Memphis.
