Ricky Anthony Veach - Williford

Ricky Anthony Veach, 49, of Williford, formerly of Caraway, died Feb. 22, 2004, at White River Medical Center. He was a Baptist and had lived in Williford for five years.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Thelma and Wilford Mangrum of Williford; a sister, Sharon Kay Wheaton of Williford; two brothers, Tommy Veach of Caraway and James Veach of Rose Haven, Md.; five nephews, seven nieces and four great-nieces.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Caraway First Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Stevens officiating. Burial was in the Caraway Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.

Active pallbearers were Robert Davis, Tommy Veach II, Kendall Veach, William Barrett, David Sheppard, and Jeremy Waters. Honorary pallbearers were Alvin Blake, Bobby Blake and Paul Blake.
