Eunice Lucille Rouse - Hornersville

Eunice Lucille Rouse, 79, of Hornersville died Monday, Feb. 2, 2004, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Lynn, she had lived in Horenrsville since 1940. She is the daughter of the late William Turner and Blanche Alls Glenn. She was the widow of Elmer Rouse, Jr. and a member of Hornersville Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Glenn Rouse of Corning; a daughter, Carolyn Hatch of Hornersville; a brother, Harry Glenn of Aliceville, Ala.; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Loyd Glenna nd Calvin Glenn, two sisters, Lena Williams and Charles Rouse and a granddaughter, Becky Speer.

The funeral was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hornersville Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Clinton officiating. Burial was in Horner Cemetery in Hornersville under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville.
