Ronald Eugene Carmichael, Jr. - Jonesboro

Ronald Eugene Carmichael, Jr., 27, of Jonesboro, formerly of Leachville, died Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2003, at Regional Medical Center of Northeast Arkansas in Jonesboro. Born at Jonesboro, he was a Jonesboro resident for the past six years and was a retired carpenter. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include his wife, Sherry Petty Carmichael of the home; three sons, Christopher Tyler Carmichael of Tupelo, Miss., Cade Alexander Carmichael and Jarrett Carmichael, both of the home; a daughter, Avery Carmichael of the home; his father, Ronald Carmichael, Sr., of Leachville; his mother, Debbie Horton of Marshall; a brother, Bud "Buddy" Carmichael of Blytheville; three sisters, Christie Carmichael Griggs, Tracy Carmichael, both of Jonesboro, and Ashley Carmichael of Mountain Home.

The funeral was held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Milligan Ridge Baptist Church with Craig Stull officiating. Burial was in the Manila Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville.
