Willie B. Imler - Paragould

Willie B. Imler, 79, of Paragould, died Saturday, June 22, 2002, at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. Born at Keiser, he was the son of the late William and Campie Anthony Imler and was a former Leachville resident. He lived many years in Michigan before moving to Paragould in 1972. He was retired from the Sunlight Company in Paragould. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II and was a member of the Calvary Pentecostal Church in Paragould.

He is survived by his wife, Faye Montgomery Imler, of the home; a son, John Imler of Watervliet, Mich.; a daughter, Willie Faye Harrison of Palestine, Texas; four brothers, W.C. Imler of Trumann, Delmar Imler of Coloma, Mich., Grady Imler of Coloma, Mich., and Richard Imler of Buchanan, Mich.; six grandchildren and six great-grandchidlren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Bill Imler, and four brothers, L.C. Pruitt, Robert Imler, Paul Imler, and Raymond Imler.

The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with Rev. G.L. Ingram officiating. Burial was in the Leachville Cemetery.
