Arlis Doyle Lee - Manila

Arlis Doyle Lee, 44, of Manila died Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Manila, he was the son of the late Youel and Ethel Turner Lee and had been a lifelong Manila resident. He was a former cotton ginner and had been disabled for the past 19 years. He was of the Pentecostal belief and served his country in the U.S. Army.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Lee, and a nephew, Gary Gray.

Survivors include a brother, Lynn Lee of Manila; and two sisters, Joan Gray of Springfield, Ore., and Kay Gentry of St. Albans, W. Vir.

Services were 2 p.m. Saturday at Howard Funeral Service chapel in Manila, Bro. Ray Dill officiating. Burial was in Manila Cemetery.
