Raymond Guy Imler - Leachville

Raymond Guy Imler, 67, of Leachville, died Friday, June 15, 2001, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born at Osceola, he was the son of the late William and Campie Imler and had been a Leachville resident since 1954. He was a former truck driver for Northeast Arkansas Transportation of Leachville for 17 years and retired as a machine operator for Monroe Auto Equipment in Paragould. He was of the Pentecostal faith.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, L.C. Pruitt, Robert "Bob" Imler and Paul Imler.

Survivors include his wife, Willie Mae Brown Imler of the home; three sons, Raymond Dale Imler and his wife, Charlotte, Randy Imler and Michael Imler, all of Leachville; a daughter, Peggy Bell and her husband, Jody, of Arbyrd; five brothers, W.C. Imler of Trumann, Willie Imler of Paragould, Delmar Imler, Grady Imler and Richard Imler, all of Michigan, and two grandchildren, Dale Imler and his wife, Mysti, of Lake City, and Laura Imler of Leachville.

Services will be 10 a.m. today (Tuesday) at Howard Funeral Service chapel in Leachville, Rev. Don Roseberry and Rev. Larry Jolly officiating.

Burial will follow in the Leachville Cemetery.
