Jerry David Householder - Mountainburg

Jerry David Householder, 59, of Mountainburg, died Monday, April 16, 2001, at his residence. He was a retired truck driver and an Army veteran having served in Vietnam.

Survivors include three sons, Eddie Wayne Householder of Trumann, Billy Joe Householder of Jonesboro and Bobby Joe Householder of Mountainburg; his father, Doyle Householder of Marmaduke; four sisters, Wanda Blankenship of Sardis, Tenn., Jenola Wells of Groveland, Fla., Vickie Woods of Jonesboro and Ann Burnside of Becker, Miss.; three brothers, Kenneth Householder of Lake City, Gale Householder of Mountainburg and Jo Householder of Rudy, and six grandchildren.

The funeral was held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Edwards Van Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren. Burial was in the Fort Smith National Cemetery.
